Su-25 attack aircraft strikes against the centre of Luhansk, Ukraine (park and administrative building) with unguided air-to-surface missiles, causing multiple civilian casualties. This is likely to be the first seriously documented war crime of the Kiev government in their war against people of Eastern Ukraine.
