So I'm not exactly in love with my current job, but I have a good reason to stay now and be happy.
My mom paid for part of the weddings of both my sisters. Since the housing market is so good, my mom has offered to give me my 'wedding money' so I could use it for a downpayment instead. This is super awesome. So I'm now in the market for a condo!
Looking for a place is a lot of work though. Jeez! But I'm so excited :) I'll hopefully figure out the getting pre-qualified and real estate agent thing soon.
