Mrm, remember the last post nearly a month ago. Jan 5th to be exact. Yes, well, my laptop is fixed. No thanks to the corporate client person thingy at Dell. 3 Times over 2 weeks, no return calls, no contact, nothing. Until I had to go through our IT Procurements guy. I must admit, once that shit was done, it was "next day" fixed. In, replace, out. If you _ever_ get a dell, get complete cover. That shit is the business. Worth every red cent.
