Veronica was not flailing.

She was not panicking.

She was totally calm.

No, really.

It was two days until her wedding. What could she possibly have to be flailing about?

Standing on the front porch was one Danny Jackson holding what appears to be a thermos of some sort. He wasn't sure why he was the one who had to deliver it, but he did as Momma told him.

Veronica opened the door. "Hey, Danny, what's up?"

He was sort of scared to go in, because he'd heard horror stories about crazy Bridezillas from Cam. Which probably explained Momma's gift.

He held out the thermos and smiled, and hoped like hell she couldn't see the fear in his eyes. "Momma sent this over. She thought you might want something soothing and relaxing while ordering people around."

"I think it's just tea, but who knows." He shoved his hands in his pockets. "So, um, everything going okay?" Had she killed anyone yet?

Veronica took a sip. She was pretty sure it was tea with a kick. She smiled. "Tell Momma I said thanks. And, yeah, everything's great, why wouldn't it be?"

No one had died yet. Of course, there was still only one Logan in town.

Danny blinked and then laughed. "No, weddings in general. He's had to play best man and usher and flower guy at one point."

Yes, ask Cam about the flower guy bit.
