Christmas...
was pretty damn good! Christmas Eve is always good at Nana's house. We spent about an hour talking about the Giants and bashing on my uncle and his obsession with the Jets now, he's trying to make a point about Tiki and Curtis when, he made no sense...at all. Nana gave us all money like always and a little gift to the grand kids.... this year I got some make up thing, a compact with an "m" on it and driving gloves...hahaha. Classic. After nana's Eugene came over for a while, we made a big deal about not spending a lot on each other however I got him Playstation 2 and he got me a Digital Camera! That bum! We both lied, but both enjoy our gifts tremendously so it worked out. Lol. Vicky came over around 1A.M.ish and we exchanged as well, I got her Sex and the City on DVD Season #5 and she got me this Kaluah set rim topper, and some Margarita thing.
On Christmas Day, I woke up to a very rude IM that was left by some dirtbag that likes to ruin people’s holidays. I went to Nancy’s at 9:30ish to watch them all open gifts but I thought about that comment so much I had to come back home and have a good cry. Then I thought to myself, why let some stupid comment bother me when they aren’t
A) man enough to leave their name and
B) I shouldn’t care what others think anyway
so, I went back to Nancy’s in a good mood. We left for her Aunt Nina’s around 12:30ish and opened gifts there, [$25 gift card to Macy’s, not too shabby, just too bad I don’t shop there]
After that we went to her Aunt Linda’s 2-3 million dollar house. Hot damn is it sexy! We opened more gifts, [another $25 gift card to Macy’s lol, and some big Bath and Body Works set, pretty snazzy] then we ate, I only liked the turkey so I filled up on that and lots of wine, haha. We watched part of the Kansas City - Oakland game then bounced around 5:45ish. Soon as we got home, I went to Erin and Jai’s house for more gift giving. They both seemed to enjoy the gifts I got them, {for Jai… Sixteen Candles, Weird Science, & The Breakfast Club DVD set, and a candle, and for Erin… Mary Poppins, special edition and some relaxation kit so she can de-stress herself} I enjoyed what they got me [picture frame and orange pajama pants, Victoria’s Secret body poof thing in Heavenly, my favorite perfume, and some aromatherapy thing for my neck…Good stuff] After I left Erin’s I hit up Jamie’s for a bit… His family was basically leaving except the Aquila’s from Avenal, We were sitting at the kitchen table looking at old baby pictures then Jamie busts out with his favorite Christmas gift, A Pennington Jersey, Gross. I stayed for ½ hour more or so and then departed and came back here to watch Elf again… Best movie. ever. Don’t remember what else I did that night, but I’m pretty sure I just sat home and watched Elf. Lol
On Sunday, I did nothing but watch football and boy was it lovely. Erin came over crying about some boy situation so I consoled her for a bit, then Jai and Rob swang by and we decided to go to Fridays! Went and ate some lovely chicken fingers and said Hi to Chris Blockus. Came back to my house after, watched Elf for an hour then at 10:30 Jai and Rob went to the movies and Erin and I went to pick up Steff Ladym and her friends from the Starland Ballroom. We dropped the one girl off in East Brunswick, then got lost somehow and wound up on the Turnpike on exit 8A (Jamesburg/Cranbury) so we go back up toward our house, drop her friend Manny off in Edison/North Plainfield. Then take the long way and eventually find our way home, in the snow, lol. Got home ‘round 1ish, tried to sleep at 1:30 but wound up falling asleep around 3:30 ain’t that about a bitch?! That was my night… not too bad, a lazy Sunday… Just how I like it J
