We are at the point in the vacation where being a responsible adult really sucks.  I don't want to go back to a schedule, but I gotta.  Who decided everyone had to get up early all the time anyway?  Grrrrrr....

After today's Layoff Festival at work, I currently still have a job. The next one is scheduled for March, or so I hear. We will see what Spring brings.

So I guess I won't be moving to Oregon this year. Mixed feelings there, but this "living indoors" addiction is going to be supported for a bit so it's a net win I suppose. Meh.

It's a heck of a thing when you're actually disappointed to be released from jury duty. *sigh* Guess I'll be at work tomorrow after all.

Even after a night of very little sleep (due to a cold-vs-allergies marathon cage match currently in progress) I did not face-plant on my keyboard while at work. Coffee is fabulous. Just sayin'.

...snowing. The flakes get bigger and smaller by turns, but it's definitely sticking. I think this is the one time I'm glad I'm working from home so I can watch it and enjoy the view and not worry about having to drive home in it. I've been thinking about this whole "work from home" thing. I've been trying it out for a month and I've come to a conclusion that doesn't really surprise me.

I resent it.
