I'm not sure how to take this....

Ya gotta wonder. There was apparently an "All-Hands" meeting this morning at work to introduce a new director and spread a few corporate rumors. I say, "apparently," because I was not invited. I did notice that everyone on the floor seemed to be gone except for me and a fellow in an office on the end of the floor. I just assumed there was some sort of mass coffee break this morning.

After everyone came back and someone asked me why I wasn't in the meeting, I went into my boss's office and asked him the same thing. It seems Mr. Memory just plain forgot to tell me. He apologized and promised not to be "pond scum" in the future.

I'm hoping I still work here. I think.
