Yes, that's one reason we're considering it. I'd have to see a piece in person, so to speak, but it does sound intriguing.

And I have experience laying floors! I had considered that bamboo flooring myself, after we got it at work and I saw how well it holds up to heavy traffic. I'm also useful for carving up trees and grinding stumps.
