weigh-in and friday night
Nausa and tiredness are back to being all day long now. I have anti nausa meds my dr gave me which help.
I had a bad night friday. I spent most of it crying and found (not on purpose), a bottle of potassium pills. About 200 of them. I cried even more and wanted to take them. I must have found a reason not too coz im still here....it was a bad night. I text messaged my psych even though it was late but we talked a little and then again at 8am the next day. She helped.
I weighted today....first time in ages... 94.6pounds it translates too. ( i live in Australia so i use kgs)
Im drained.
