Loud Howard put his hands behind his head. When he tired of that he started to drum his fingers on his desk. His nose itched. He had to pick it. However that was a hard thing to at work while sitting in a cubicle. Someone could disturb him at any second. The loud mouthed engineer looked around to be sure no one was paying attention. He leaned back in his chair and reached a finger up towards his nose. Success, he was picking his nose at the office. “Mining for nose gold eh? Well put me down for some. I could always use more gold.” “AHHHH!!!” Startled by the Pointy Hair Boss, Howard fell out of his chair. “WHY DO YOU DO THINGS YOU KNOW WILL HURT ME?” Loud Howard picked up his chair and sat down again. The Boss stood there waiting. Loud Howard sat there waiting. The awkward silence stretched out. What did The Boss want? Loud Howard made eye contact. Now he was obligated to say something, he didn’t think about what to say. He didn’t know what to say or much of anything for that matter. “I’M NOT LOUD.”
