Having much experience in this area, I must throw out an option. If this is not a curse, then this is a classic case of Biological Warfare. Symptoms some people are experiencing are very similar to gases and diseases that are spread through terrorist bombs and equipment. I suggest that the matter be looked in to. To facilitate this process, I have Biohazard suits created for this purpose. I greatly recommend they be worn at all times.
