Here's the location map for Marillian Spyre, and it should be pretty simple to follow. Kindly try to ignore Maria!mod's crazy handwriting, she and her tablet don't get along too well. If you have any questions that aren't answered about the location, feel free to just comment on this entry, and the mods will get back to you as fast as possible.
There we have it. Beyond the black boundary, that's where no one goes, since there's no light around there, ha. The orange spots noted as unoccupied buildings are the places where characters would set up their own businesses or buy their own places to stay as opposed to staying in the residences for new arrival, which is encompassed by the bright blue areas. Marillian residents who were their originally (i.e. all the NPC citizens) live in areas dotted around the city, and they didn't seem too important, so they haven't been denoted.
And yes, the library's very big, ahaha.
