Covid has changed me into my mother.
Tammy and I both decided to stop coloring our hair during the lockdown. At first it wasn't a big deal. I had colored my hair just a week before restrictions started.
But within a few weeks, I saw what was coming. Tammy has cut my hair three times now. I've been really happy with each cut. But each time she pointed out my dye job was growing out and away.
This cut pretty much eliminated any artificial color. This is my current natural color. Wow. I'm my mom! I can't believe how much I look like her. I always have, but this is so much more.
I'm actually totally fine with the grey. It's ok. And saves me time and money. Which is a great bonus.
So, it's likely this virus has changed my ideas about hair style and care. For me at least. Tammy really is doing fine cutting it. At least trims could be her job from now on. And I likely won't color it anymore. Whew. Anyone else deciding to go natural? I wanna see!!
