New Fic Archive
Hi all,
Because my body of work is getting a little, uh, unwieldy, and it's getting more and more difficult to navigate using my website (which doesn't split stories up by pairing, rating or length) I've created fic_by_nos, a fannish journal where I'll be posting and archiving my stories, recs, meta and podfic from now on.
Please feel free to friend fic_by_nos if you're more interested in fannish than non-fannish content. My actual LJ is such a messy mish-mash of stuff that it makes it hard to find due South/C6D material amidst the ravings against buttermilk and ramblings about movies I've seen. And I suspect it's only going to get worse. So! Friend the fic journal, and if you want to de-friend me here that's totally cool. I have to read on a filter, unfortunately, and I have a hard time keeping up with the rest of my f-list, and so I don't expect anyone to friend me here under false pretenses. If you're here for the stories, that's awesome, and I appreciate your eyeballs and your feedback very much.
I'll continue to post notifications and links here, but I'm going to try to keep most of the fannish stuff over at fic_by_nos. You might want to track that journal, as I tend to post new stories, podfics or recs about once a month. Tracking will allow you to get a notification by email whenever something is posted, and you can even set it to track entries by tag (like "fandom: due South" or "rated: NC-17").
I've posted links to all of my extant dS/C6D stories over at the new place, and everything is organized by tags: length (snippet, short, medium, long), rating (G to NC-17), pairing and fandom. There are also special tags for challenge stories, crossovers, and podfic recordings. (I've included both recordings of my fic, and podfics I've made of other people's stuff, like cesperanza, china_shop, resonant8 and Hth). I haven't changed the locations of any stories, so don't worry about modifying any of your del.icio.us bookmarks. This is just to create some kind of coherent directory that will help you find what you want to read quickly.
