Round 10 will be up in about a week. We'll have a friending meme up in the next couple of days, and we'll be discussing hiring new mods to deal with the influx of members and prompts.

He rented a room from a May Parker after her nephew moved out to go to college. He did the dishes, got a job as a Customer Service Representative, and helped Mrs. Parker around the city.
Peter did not like him at first, and spent his limited free time around the house. Loki just smiled and went back to reading his book on the front steps.
He missed his family and when he was alone, found himself close to weeping. Mrs. Parker (she urged him to call her Aunt May) found him one night in his gray moods. She had hugged him and listened as he talked about his family (making sure to not let on their true identities and where they were from).
He started writing down his thoughts and before he knew it an entire journal was full in under a week. He felt a little better and seeing the pages fill up gave him a small bit of pleasure.

And can I just say that I love the 'Lucas' facet of Loki's character? Though, for some reason, I can't help but think of Aziraphale from Good Omens. I blame that on the book being my latest obsession >>;;;

Though some bear-hugging from his parent are in need, but that will be mere temporary solution, since Asgard indeed doesn't suit him.

He was not among the dwarves and their smiths. He would never travel to Joutunheim or Muspelheim by himself even if he was one of the most skilled magic users in the nine realms. No one had seen him.
Frigga wore the ring, Odin kept the earring on his necklace, and when Thor found he dagger in his room it never left his side.
Thor did not immediately go on his quests, spending part of his free time sitting on Loki's bed with his mother who hugged one of the pillows to her chest.
Odin spent smaller times in council, and when he was not with the remaining members of his family, stood on the Bifrost while Heimdall searched for his missing son.

During one of his routine Sundays, one of the waitress had flopped down in the seat across from him. She was pretty, pale skin with dark hair and glasses. Lucas had ignored her as he continued to read, even when she poked his hand.
That happened for three more Sundays until she introduced herself as Darcy Lewis. He stopped reading and smiled at her.

And I'm glad that Loki's starting to heal just a little bit. I really hope he finds some semblance of peace.

Sif and the Warriors Three would drag him out if he spent too much time dwelling on things that he could have done differently and what if's that he had trouble talking about.
He couldn't tell if he was happy at being named heir. He didn't really now what to feel but the citizen's of Asgard expected the coronation to be a big event.
It had been almost a year since the younger prince left for parts unknown. They wanted at least some good news from the royal family.

*hugs Thor* I'm really liking how you convey a generally more thoughtful Thor with such sparse words. It's very elegant and works well here.
Looking forward to next part! :D
