Before going to Stuttgart, Germany to gain the iridium needed to complete the Tesseract powered portal machine, Loki decides to follow through with his words of paying Jane a visit.
When Loki and Clint reach the lab that Jane has in New Mexico, they realize that Jane has already been taken into protective custody. Just as they are about to depart from the lab, Darcy enters the lab to make sure that it hasn’t been broken into. Clint proceeds to try to stop Darcy from leaving, Loki meanwhile has the unsettling feeling that Darcy feels so familiar.
Darcy attempts to taser them both, but Loki is too quick and brainwashes her with the sceptre. A brainwashed Clint picks up Darcy’s taser and notices that that taser had no battery pack. Loki, realizes then that the reason why Darcy seemed so familiar is because she wields the same magical lightning as Thor (which can only be possessed by a blood relative).
+1 Darcy has a taser because it is a cover for her natural-born lightning ability +100 Loki trying to keep Thanos from finding out that Darcy is his niece. Loki also has to deal with the fact that he has a niece +1000 Darcy, still under the control of the sceptre, is able to figure out a way to save New York with the use of Pop Culture knowledge +infinity Thor not knowing that Darcy is his child til the very end of the Chitauri invasion

Mythology wise yes, Thor does have a few children since he such a virile God.
For this prompt however, Thor has yet to have any children(besides Darcy since magical birth-control failure happened) due to political reasons and the use of magical birth-control.
