This is a sort of hard tip to make as a recommendation, because you cannot choose your parents.
I don't mean genetic inheritance.
I mean parents who feed you a good 3 squares a day.
I feel that I am blessed and lucky and fortunate that my parents fed me fairly well.
I think a good basis of health for later life is good food in the first 12-20 years of life. Obviously it's not the end all, be all, but it helps, I think.
So, this is not so much a tip as an observation.
