eight / video / action
[It's about midnight actually when the video feed pops on. Dave is just outside of Violet on route 32 in that infamous patch of grass there. What is he doing? Shuffling back and forth in it, trying to attack the attention of a pokemon so he can train his charmander a bit.
'Cept. It's not going so well.
With a huff and a sigh, he collapses back in the grass on his back, staring up at the camera. The location of it is now discovered as being on top of his HootHoot's head from up in a tree. He gives a wave to the camera and Tock, his charmander with the sunglasses sits next to him and leans against his stomach. They sit like that for a moment or so before suddenly a wooper appears.
The wooper stares at them from across a patch of grass before approaching and sitting next to Tock.
Dave stares at it. Tock stares at it. Before! Suddenly! With great enthusiasm! They jump up and begin to battle.
It's a quick battle, considering Tock's level, and Dave seems to be winning at the end before he calls Tock's name and pulls out a pokeball.
Tossing it out, the wooper gives a squeak of surprise before zipping into the pokeball. It rolls around a bit in the grass before ding ding ding, there we go! Now Dave is in possession of a wooper. He grins, in that smug manner of his before high fiving his bromander.
But! What's this! Suddenly the bromander begins to sparkle and--
OH MY GOD
Dave has just acquired a bromeleon. The charmeleon adjusts the sunglasses on his face for a moment before grinning at it's trainer. Dave seems to forget the camera recording in his shock as the next thing he does is throw himself at Tock and bearhug him before they begin to wrestle a bit on the grass. The HootHoot gives a hoot of affection before the feed shuts off.]
