(no subject)
This is what I have to deal with at work.. picture this.. I answer the phone..
CUSTOMER: *sniff* I'm ringing to let you know that I have started a part time job
ME: Ok, well I can take the details now, note it on your records but you will need to confirm the details in writing.
CUSTOMER: What the hell for, I didn't do it with my last job *sniff*
ME: Last job? There is no prior record of employment on your file.
CUSTOMER: *sniff sniff* dunno how the hell should I know don't you lot talk to employers
ME: With all due respect Sir it is your responsibility to let us know if anything changes so I will need to know where you were before and what your were doing.
CUSTOMER: I was at me flat, having breakfast and watching telly
ME: Sound of me banging my head on the desk and asking for the patience to deal with these half wits.
I swear the human race is doomed!
