(1) Is there anyone on your friends list you would have sex with?
no one other than my fiancé.
(2) Sex in the morning, afternoon or night?
i like all 3, but my personal favorite is afternoon, like before or after a nap.
(3) Have you ever had to pull over on the side of the road to puke?
not sure what this question has to do with sex, but no, i've never had to pull over to puke. i usually manage to wait until we get home. plus, the motion actually soothes me. i find that once we stop, i feel worse.
(4) Have you ever taken your clothes off for money?
nope.
(5) Shower or bath while having sex?
shower for sure. my man is a tad too big for a regular bathtub.
(6) Do you want someone aggressive or passive in bed?
aggressive. i like someone who throws me around.
(7) Do you like someone in your friends list?
i like everyone on my friends list.
(8) Love or Money?
money makes things easy, but love makes everything better.
(9) Credit card or cash?
i like using cash for little stuff because i can keep track of my spending better. if i just whip out my card for every little thing i buy, it adds up too quickly. i know that when i take $60 from the ATM that should last me for 2 weeks.
(10) Have you ever wanted a best friend?
i have a best friend. i'm not sure if it was a conscious decision to be best friends because i wanted one. :)
(11) Camping or a 5 star hotel?
i agree with liam: both of their place. but when i want a hotel, i don't want to sleep in a tent.
(12) Where is the weirdest place you have had sex?
i'm pretty vanilla. i guess the weirdest would be in the back of my golf.
(13) Would you shave your entire body (Including your head)?
there really isn't much to shave on me. i have thought of shaving my head before, though.
(14) Have you ever been to a strip club?
nope, but i want to go.
(15) Ever been to a bar?
is the pope catholic?
(16) Ever been kicked out of a bar or a club?
no, i don't think i've been kicked out before.
(17) Ever been so drunk someone else had to carry you?
yes, yes i have.
(18) Had sex in a movie theater?
i've made out, been fingered and given handjobs in theaters, but no sex. nowadays, if i'm at the movie theater i'm watching the damn movie. i can have sex at home, where it's comfy.
(19) Had sex in a bathroom?
like a public bathroom? no. my home bathroom? yes.
(20) Have you ever had sex at work?
nope
(21) Ever been to an adult store?
of course.
(22) Bought something from an adult store?
i think i covered that in my last meme post...
(23) Have you been caught having sex?
i've been caught having phone sex, but not actually having sex, no.
(24) Does anyone have naughty pics of you?
yup
(25) Ever had sex with someone and called them by the wrong name?
that has been a fear of mine, but i can't really form full words while in the throes of passion.
(26) Who do you think has the guts to repost this?
these aren't that gutsy of questions and who's to say these answers i've given are true anyway? but, since i got this from liam, i doubt anyone on my friends list will repost.
every once in a while i'll take the time to take myself out for lunch. i don't mean running to the nearest subway or fast-food joint and bringing home food, but actually going to a restaurant and sitting down to eat. personally, i don't feel the need to bring a book or magazine. i'm much more of a fan of watching those around me. i've been craving japanese food for 2 weeks now and even though marshall and i have made plans to go to our favorite santa cruz sushi place tomorrow for dinner, i wanted to get japanese food for lunch today, too. plus, marshall isn't as much into this sushi place i went to anyway. :) i took a seat at the bar and there were 2 guys sitting next to me and one guy further down the line. i listened off and on to the 2 guys right next to me. i think they were coworkers or something, not real close, but i think they do this once a week. anyway, i first caught a little bit of one guy's lament over his daughter and her cell phone. his daughter lost her cell phone and he told her "well, that's too bad. you need to be more careful" and he didn't offer to get her a new one. the mom apparently had different plans and got her daughter a new cell phone saying to her "don't tell your father." well, the guy was pissed about that. understandable, of course. i couldn't really tell if the guy and his daughter's mother were together or separated. later on in the conversation, the other guy was talking about the magnificent new thing he tried: video chat. i guess someone close to him, i think HIS daughter, lives far away and they don't get to talk much. plus, the long distance keeps them from using the phone very often. they would email, but i guess the girl isn't a very good typist. anyway, the girl broke her thumb and that made emailing and instant messaging even more difficult, so the dauther set up a video chat with her dad via google-chat video chat. he said it was amazing.
i lost focus for a while as i ate, but towards the end of their meal the first guy was talking about his kids and their lack of direction. he expressed his disappointment when one of them told him they wanted to be a teacher. he said that, even though it is an honorable profession, it was a poor financial decision on their part. it took a lot of energy from yelling at the guy. we NEED more people in the teaching profession who WANT to be there. the school systems in this country are suffering because of the lack of those people who want to be teachers. i think those who go into teaching KNOW already that the pay isn't that great, but the rewards of teaching far outweigh the monetary benefits. personally, i don't want to be a teacher, but i am forever grateful for the many dedicated and caring teachers i've had growing up. but yeah, after this statement i was done with this guy. his coworker said "you know, my son's a teacher." he explained how his son has always loved working with kids and he so he pursued teaching as a career. the second guy starts talking again about his kids' lack of direction by talking about how they choose classes because they sound interesting. hey - that's what i did. when i started college i had grand ideas of being an engineer. yeah, that didn't work out, so to find another route to take, i signed up for classes because they sounded interesting. i took anthropology, a biochemistry class ("understanding drugs"), an astronomy class, and a marine biology class. i even took a music class and a drawing class. i never became a scientist or an chemist, astronomer or marine biologist. i sure as heck didn't become an artist, BUT what i did get was a well-rounded education. i took classes that i enjoyed as well as finding something to achieve. i went back to my favorite: reading and became a lit major. but i don't regret taking those other classes, i'm really glad i did. there are plenty of people out there in college and in their 40s and 50s who still don't know what to do. but that's OK. not everyone has their life figured out in college. sometimes what you gain in college you end up changing anyway a few years later. i think those in college, students with parents paying for their education, need to have some kind of idea and a goal to at least finish, since someone else is paying, but college is not the end-all of life decisions. he was frustrating to listen to.
