And frankly, I don't care if the resident(s) of this household are interested or not, a representative of this dwelling should be present. It's customary for the representative to be the youngest tenant, just fyi. :)
-I promise I won't tell any stupid jokes if you come. (Then again, the root of the problem is that I don't think any of them are stupid, or at least not as stupid as they really are). (Or actually the problem is that I think they are hilarious regardless of their degree of stupidity. The stupider the better, in fact)
