Day 3

Went on a 6 mile walk with All all the way down Bravo Murillo, to Fuencarral and through Sol to La Latina finishing at Viva la Vida, the best vegetarian restaurant in Madrid (and possibly the world!)

Then, shredded tonight at Level 1....thinking of staying at Level 1 for one more day and then trying Level 2.
