Since I haven't been using this thing for months, time for some motivation!!!

For the past few weeks, Alf and I have been watching The Biggest Loser non-stop, giving me an obsession and fitness guru adoration for Jillian Michaels, one of the hosts. Since my bff Laura told me about her 30 day Shred video, I have since purchased the video and started shredding!! Let me tell you, it has been a rough couple of work outs. But I think that logging them will help me keep motivated and shredding. So let's see.

Day 1: Shred Level 1 (and ouch, was I sore!)
Day 2: 7.5 mile walk with Alf (Beautiful day in Madrid!) and Shred Level 1, which was double the pain because I was still sore from Day 1!!

Let's see how hard it can be on Day 3!
