Less Plastic = More Healthy

One thing that I have been noticing is that because I am trying to avoid using plastic, I am also avoiding bad foods which are usually packaged in plastic. For example: packages of cookies (oh how I miss you oreos), candy, soda, etc. I've also been eating real fruit instead of yogurt or the fruit that comes pre-packaged in those little plastic containers that are good for kids' lunches. So, by giving up plastic, you could also help yourself to become motivated to eat healthy at the same time as these things seem to go hand in hand. Just another benefit of not using any plastic!
