So soon after returning to the Soul Society; Toshiro found himself 'trapped' (as he would put it, anyway) on that community. Strange... so many nice people there; yet at the same time...
Well, that was the exact reason why he had to return to the world of the living. Though, not his 'own'; anyway. He carefully coordinated plots - where some of the

Flicking through the channels would soon get boring though, and she let the dog (and cat!) out of her bedroom for some company other than the TV.
"Watch Isis." She advised the tiny puppy, who always seemed to be rather oblivious to the cat's well intentioned pouncing. Isis never actually hurt him, but the puppy never seemed to actually learn, despite repeatedly getting shut down by a cat.

He still had a lot to learn about the human world. Like, the use of a door. Old habits die hard; after all.
"It was Maggie right?" his voice was soft in person, much like how he probably came across on the community. And if he hadn't had spoken up; it was a big possibility she could have overlooked him (if you could overlook a 'small child' in your window)

Oh, Jesus Christ and all that was holy someone was in her apartment. How had they gotten in? She didn't give a lot of pause to think it through, instead she gave a small screech, flinging the remote unceremoniously at her new visitor.
"Who are you? What do you want? Take whatever you need!"

"No, it isn't like that-- agh.. thats right. I didn't mean to startle you. Introductions are needed. I'm Hitsugaya Toshiro. I know you from that place; Drama Drama Duck?" In retrospect; it probably would have been better to let her know somehow he'd be in the area. Or in her house later that evening. Whichever.
"There isn't really anything I'd need though." he smirked, already walking closer and stopped at the arm of the couch, just looking at her. He couldn't have stood more than four and half feet at best.

"The community...?" She scooted away from him, narrowing her eyes when he came closer. Her eyes suddenly lit up with recognition.
"Oh! You're that little guy that knows Grimmy and Ggio!"

Human innocence, almost.
"I just thought I would stop by, but now I apologize for not giving you notice. Things are a bit urgent on my end..." he looked around her place. So much stuff. Humans always did have comfortable homes.

"Well, next time you are more than welcome to use the door. I'm sorry I threw my remote at you." She nodded towards the door. She'd prefer that, people randomly showing up at her place was beginning to become commonplace. She wasn't sure if she liked that or not.

He gave her a small glance up again. "Since I'm here; if you aren't busy then maybe I could bother you for some of your time."

"Sure, you can hang out a while. Need anything to eat or drink?"

Quietly he sat down near her as he listened, sitting on his legs and slowly shifting to sit up straight and rather politely for such a 'young child'."Thank you; and no... I think I'm good-- unless you have some tea."

"So, were you just....in the neighborhood...?"

"Well.. not quite. We shinigami rarely come to the human world - though.. well actually some time we have to. I was actually just here not too long ago.. but because of the war.. after the fight with Grimmjow and his fraccion me and the others I came with were called back for further preparations.
But.. no..." Toshiro wasn't sure or not whether to tell her that he was looking for her. Not knowing her well enough to know how she'd take that; he'd leave that out for now. He didn't want her to think ill of him.

“You keep calling yourself a shinigami. What is that again? I think Kid mentioned something like that…” Her voice trailed off, and she looked thoughtful. She should really pay more attention when her friends were talking to her.

Toshiro looked away, shifting on the couch so he sat on his legs; probably looking a little more childish that way; more his 'age'.
"A shinigami? Well, they're a 'death god' but - well on my world; we aren't exactly Gods. We're pure spiritual pressure. We aren't made of atoms like you guys. Spirit particles.. is our essence. We keep the balance in the world of the living... and we take souls that have passed on to the Soul Society; or, the afterlife! We... well, we also exorcise bad souls too.."

She watched him shift, waiting for him to continue. When he did, she frowned.
"So...how can I even see you right now? If you're spiritual pressure, how come I can see you and not Ggio?" She gave him an experimental poke in the arm, just to see what would happen.
"Bad souls? Like, the Exorcist?"

Toshiro's small fingers strummed on his knees, and slowly he slid back, pulling his knees to his chest and listened to her, attentively. His body reflexively jerked when she poked his arm, and he scowled up at her with a blink.
"Oh, well-! Ah, the body you see now isn't my real body. It's a Gigai. A gigai is an artificial body that allows Shinigami to be seen in the living world. It can function and move exactly like a real human body could! Except; it isn't real. Including blood flow and everything. So for the mean time; I'm just like you, Maggie." he smiled softly; relaxing only a little ( ... )
