Over a year later, I finally have this short story done. Things have been crazy for me (I'm heading for law school this fall) and my new work schedule is not cooperative with when I like to write. I'm glad you liked it. Time has been difficult to find for writing. I wish it could have been longer, but it just felt like it was meant to end there and picture what happens after.
