Apparently, scientists are predicting that the Earth will get a "second sun" during an extroadinary occurence which may happen within the next year.

Last night it was my great honour to spend an hour chatting with Dr Edgar Mitchell, the former NASA astronaut and 6th man to walk on the moon.
