The King Tut Exhibition
Tomorrow morning I am off to London to visit the Tutankhamun exhibition at the O2 exhibition centre (formerly known as the Millenium Dome).
Friends of ours went recently and said it was brilliant and not to be missed, so as it ends in August, we thought we'd better make the effort to go! I'm reliably informed that it probably won't be seen again in this country in my lifetime!
I hate London though, I hate visiting it, driving through it, and dealing with the people in it who always seem to be in too much of a hurry for anything! So I expect to be pretty grumpy for most of the day ahead lol!
Then later this week I shall be filming the next six shows in my Now THAT'S Weird TV series, and this time at a TV station's own studios, with a full film crew. The first five shows were filmed as "pilots" by local media students, so I'm quite looking forward to moving it all up a few gears this week!
So a week off the rigours of running Glastonbury Radio this week!!
