People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.....
There is an old saying which goes something like "keep you head low and dodge the bullets" but for people that are out there on the media front line, sometimes that isn't possible.
Many of you may recall I interviewed a man called Brian Howes on my radio show back in 2009, someone who had piggy-backed the public's sympathy for Gary McKinnon but who turned out to be somewhat of a wolf in sheep's clothing, defaming me all over the Internet because he didn't like the way I worded "suicide pact" after the show. It was him after all, who had said his wife refuses to face extradition and would take her own life, "and if she goes I go!" Sounds like a pact to me.
Well it seems that a few truths about our Mr Howes are now starting to show his true colours and perhaps providing the "karma" many said he would get...

Now I had let the matter rest even though he has continued to hound me, but when the journalist exposed Mr Howes on the Anna Racoon website, it was brought to my attention by a listener and I felt there may be those amongst you that would like to know that the old saying seems to be true......Peaople in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
