I've had this pounding headache on my temple area. It's been killing me since yesterday and it's back today. Should I be worried?

It's been a while since I last wrote here and the reason I chose to do so again was because I needed to write and clear my mind.
So many things have happened.

I am now 21
I broke up with my boyfriend of 3 years it was very hard and painful
