Anyone want to do something? Today, tomorrow - doesn't matter to me. I'm tired of rebuilding this freaking mansion. [Isabelle sighs, rolling her eyes, and props her chin up in one head before shooting the camera a dazzling smile. Being angry gets her nowhere.]I bet there's still something to do around here, even if the flood took a lot of stuff out ( Read more... )

I don't know. From the sounds of things, people are still pre-occupied with the rebuilding.

[Pauses.] Although to be honest, I think we could all use a break or do something else for a change of pace.

Exactly my point. We can't all just be so gung-ho all the time; we'll kill ourselves at this rate. Sure, whatever doesn't kill you probably makes you stronger, but we haven't had a day off in ages.

I never did quite believe in that idea myself, but does apply here for sure. Nobody can work on something forever; everyone needs breaks.

Got any suggestions for something to do?

Even what does kill you makes you stronger here. Trust me.

I'd suggest the pool or that hot spring, but I think it's still being worked on.

I guess. [A beat.] Do you mean that there are more of those creature things that were around the flood?

Heh, cooling off isn't much of an issue for me. My Empoleon's a Water-type so it's almost like having an endless supply of cool water right at hand.

Who knows. I got killed by some psycho with a hammer.

Set this em...poleon up in one of the fields, then. I bet everyone would appreciate it.

You... wait, what?!

Hmmm, yeah, that is a good idea. I'll do that then. Thanks!

Yeah. Whatever, it was ages ago.

No problem. Apparently selfish suggestions work out well. Who knew.

Yo-you... you can't just 'whatever' death! What happened?

I came back, didn't I? [and whatevering death is easier than dealing with it.] It's not a big deal.

Yeah, you did. But the problem is that that's not normally possible.

Somarium's great that way, isn't it?

So it's kind of like a normal occurrence?

[Not that she minds in case she dies too, but, still. NOT SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN.]

Pretty much. I don't really hold my breath for anything staying dead or gone for long, to be honest.

[Oh right, that little fact. Kinda slipped her mind.]

I guess, considering you came back. So far though it doesn't seem like those creatures from the flood are back yet, at least none of the ones that were dead.

Yeah, but those things tend to just come back whenever we least expect it.
