I don't have the time
So, the secretary story gets even better... she went home for lunch and decided to let the cat in. When she went upstairs, she saw that the cat's litterbox was, in her words, "nasty." So, the cat gets another chance. How forgiving of the secretary to allow the cat to continue live there since she's the one that FUCKED UP.
Why isn't there some sort of test required for pet ownership? There should be - and it should be somewhat similar to the test that should be required to have children.
