Miami/Birthday
I'm so behind on actual blogging. My birthday happened on a very cool date, 11/11/11. Also, the FSU athletic department saw fit to schedule the Miami game that weekend. As such, I decided I had to be there to party for my bday. No hotel chaos this time. However, selecting a bar for dancing was tricky, Cane fans had overtaken the fav sports bar. ( Read more... ) -

Ugh, nasty weather and medicine mistakes. I'm short a dose or two and it showed tonight with a seizure at 6pm. Right in the middle of key lime pie prep. Almost forgot it needed to be baked. Not used to eggs in key lime. However, between that and hurricanes, I had a busy night. How many times must I mix before people remember the recipe?Birmingham

Now that I'm feeling human again, this past few days was kickass. I love Mardi Gras, parades, and New Orleans. Sara and I went to Daphne on Friday for Mystic Order of Persephone, which Em and friends missed due to being stuck in traffic behind a wreck. Just got back from yet another weekend out of town. Went to the Lakers-Hornets game in New Orleans, then to Harrah's and Bourbon St. It was surreal to finally see Kobe live, even if we were at the top of the arena. Currently chillin' in Atlanta while Bryan trades stocks. Went to the Chick Fil-A Bowl on Friday, love live football, but not the best game. Ponder was injured, so EJ Manuel played most of the game.
