Feeling pretty good. Yesterday wasn't so good physically and emotionally but today is much better. I finally reached the nurse regarding the excessive bleeding 4 days after the surgery. They're not sure why it's still excessive, occasional spotting is common but this is much more. I've a prescription for a drug which will stop the bleeding thankfully, and Im to continue with the other meds. The preliminary pathology looks good but she said to wait until the final path report comes out to see if anything shows up. Again, feeling pretty good.
It doesn't look like I've gotten the NYC job I really wanted, I didn't get a call back for the position, very sad. I think for me it would be so much more beneficial to be told why, at least I could stop the doubting of my skills. There are other things out there that I'm looking for.
School is finally coming to a close. 3 days next week and I'm finished up (woo!). It's been a great year work wise, couldn't be happier. Got my final teacher evals done by the students and I've a 100% satisfaction and happiness rate coming from the students. I tell them over and over they have a voice that deserves to be heard. A few of them gave great suggestions which I'm going to implement over next year. I think it creates better buy in if the students feel they are an integral part in what happens in the orchestra.
Right, off to pick up rx's.
