Zombie Ants Have Fungus on the Brain, New Research Reveals [Science Daily]

This is interesting and new mainly because this is a fungus attacking an insect in a parasitic manner. Usually it is an insect attacking some other insect or a different animal in a parasitic manner.

So AMC is making a television series called The Walking Dead. It is based off a comic that has been running for years by the same title. The above is a motion comic that was made of the first issue of The Walking Dead. I think it is a faithful transference of the tone of the comic to motion video, and well worth watching, if you like zombies.
