I loved some of the costumes I've worn over the years. This one wasn't one of them, though. It was a pretty color, but I hated the design. At least it was better than the '30's style sack that everyone else loved and I hated....and I have not put a picture of it up. If you want to scoff and laugh, email me and I'lls end you a copy, but I'm not posting it!
This is from the same show...but a better dress. My character had indulged in some retail therapy and bought the most "interesting" hat imaginable! Oh, and you haven't lived until you've tried to sing, manipulate your prop (in this case a hat) and dance on the shifting surface of a pillowtop matress!
The final two are from little women. I sewed that stupid costume, and let me tell you, it humbled me! I've been sewing for over 15 years, have sewed many, many things...but this one almost defeated me. Not only was the pattern authentic, the instructions are too. In other words, they were almost impossible to understand!
