Life and other inconvenient things.
Hello my friends! I am in fact still in the land of the living, mostly. It's been a heck of a year so far, Burt's mother had been sick with Pulmonary Fibrosis for about 5 years, and took a drastic turn for the worse in January. She was placed on hospice and passed away in March, three days short of her 83rd birthday. As you can imagine, we've spent a lot of time traveling to California to visit her, and then to help take care of various family affairs. So far this year, we've been out of town 7 times, with one more coming the middle of the month to Wyoming; Burt's family is meeting up to view the solar eclipse. And I'm hoping to stay home for a bit after that! How are all of you?
