I'M JUST LOOKING FOR A HAPPY ENDING
My brother turned sixteen today. Our family was supposed to go out for a nice dinner, but he forgot to request the night off at work; and as luck would have it, he got scheduled to work and there is no one to cover his shift. So instead of celebrating his birthday, my parents, grandmother (who drove down for the day), and I are going out to eat Mexican food. Then I am off to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind with some friends.
The Pat Green concert at the rodeo also happens to be tonight, and I would so love to go. Upon my dad arriving home, I found out that if he had known I love Pat Green he would have been able to snag tickets for me since clients at his office backed out of going to the concert.
I am blaming my brother (and not so silently) for all this becaue he didn't ask off for work.
