MY NIGHT COMES IN BLACK AND BLUE
The weather here has been dreary all day long. The sky has been a light gray color, and once this morning, in the middle of my 8am class, rain poured down. Since then, there have just been puddles all over the campus to wet our shoes and splash on our pants.
And its the sort of weather that makes you sleepy. The thought of curling up underneath my blankets for the rest of the night is so very inviting right now, but there are two tests and one quiz I need to study for tomorrow even though I lack the energy and motivation to care at this point.
I'm sick as well. A nast cold accompanied by a slight fever and a soar throat. I've been drinking water all day and throwing back pills of penicillin and IB Prophen in hopes of making it through the day. There's a roll of toilet paper sitting on my bed, substituting for the tissues I am too lazy to go buy.
One positive thing from this whole mess of a day is that I am officially a pledge for Sigma Phi Lambda. Yay for that.
