Considered NERO this past weekend another workout day.
Worked out Monday. 28 + 5 minutes on treadmill, 20 minutes on eliptical, 50 reps @ 50lbs on hamstring machine, 50 reps @ 40lbs on pushup machines, 100 reps @ 70lbs on situp machine.
Worked out today too. 28 reps + 5 minute cooldown on both treadmill AND weightloss on BOTH treadmill AND eliptical today. 50 reps @ 50lbs on hamstring machine, 50 reps @ 40lbs on pushup machine, 80 reps @ 70lbs on situp machine- some other guy needed it.
On to shower and then play Dragon Age.
