Exercise log, day 2

28 minutes + 5 minute cooldown on the treadmill, weight loss program instead of just plain walking
15 minutes on the eliptical machine
50 reps, pushup machine, 30lbs
100 reps situp machine, 60lbs
50 reps, hamstring machine, 50lbs

I have found that audiobooks make it all so much easier. Anybody know anywhere to get them for free?

In other news, a person very dear to me has broken faith with me. I am...unhappy about it to say the least. I don't know how to handle it because of all the people.... yeah.

But exercise is good. I wear out the angry through calorie burn. Also, today seemed less difficult than Monday. I hope it is because of the audiobooks.
