so i talked to my stupid mom. i HAD to, because i needed her income information and signature in order to get a student loan. she doesn't make shit, and i didn't make shit last year either (according to the books anyway ;)), so i should have no problem getting plenty of money. this is the last chance i have at going to school and getting my life

well, i went to flint today to check out the college. i was told that it is a nice area of flint, but that if i turned left on bristol road instead of right, then i would be in a bad area. so hopefully i never turn the wrong way and get lost in flint!

i also checked out the dorm room that i will be staying in, which is like a one bedroom apartment and incredibly spacious. i guess these dorms are different than most dorms, but baker college is different than most schools. i would have 2 roommates but we each have our own rooms, we just share the kitchen, livingroom, and bathroom. this should work out great unless i have retarded roommates, but i'm easy going so there shouldn't be a problem. i am just kinda nervous about it because i'm an only child and never had to share shit with other people, it's just sorta nerve-racking for some reason.

the bad news is that i'll probably only be seeing jeff every other weekend. but that might work out for the better, cuz i'll have homework to do and it'll be really exciting when he finally comes over. and there's more stuff to do in flint than in port huron, so it'll be funner.

i was just thinking that, you have been my livejournal friend for a really long time and you always comment and talk to me, and if i'm not mistaken you're on the west side of the state? well i am halfway there now, and i'm not gonna have any friends, so we should hang out sometime and go to the mall... wherever it is. i don't know how far you are from flint, but maybe if you are ever in the area.
