I hope you guys don't mind selfies, because I've kind of been in selfie mode lately. Trying to prove I exist and therefore am, I suppose.
Took the GRE on Saturday. Because it's a computerized test you get an unofficial score before leaving the testing center. I scored pretty well, especially if you consider that I've been out of school for about 5 yrs.
here's test day me:
Yesterday I went to "spokane'a biggest goth industrial dance night" with my best friend. (Who is very not goth)
It was crazy infested with high schoolers (we call them baby bats, did you know?) for the 1st couple hours. And we only talked to one person the entire night--insular, pre-formed cliques are so hard to break through. :/
It was, however, crazy nice to get dressed up and get out of the house. I've really begun to love dancing--I have no idea how to 'dance,' but I'm learning more each time I go out (few and far between as that is).
At the end of this week I'm off to Seattle to cat-sit for my sister while she does Spring Vacation in Belize. I don't have anything to do there and her Netflix is apparently acting up, so I'm afraid it will be a very dull week.
