I finally finished Lost Odyssey. It's the best RPG I've played in a long time - I haven't been this drawn in since Tales of Symphonia, and LO is light-years beyond it in quality. Having discussed 4e recently with people, I decided to convert the last 3.5 character I've played into 4th Edition rules. It's not perfect by any means, but I think it's a serviceable conversion that captures the style of the character (an assassin that specialized in both stealth and impersonation). First game of tim_almasy's 7th Sea game is tonight. It'll be interesting playing the former privateer captain who's crawled into a bottle, not because he failed at his task, but because it's safer hiding in a bottle. See, Reis's ship is big, and it can't get into the bottle. Drunken cowards FTW!
