In-Game Character Information
Name: Gazille Redfox
Series: Fairy Tail
Age: 17
Personality: Gazille, being raised by a dragon and taught Dragonslayer magic, grew up believing he was a special snowflake. This didn’t change when he joined Phantom Lord, sometime after Metalicana disappeared. His magical abilities were, indeed, special, and very useful for the group. As Gazille grew up, so did his power and his status in the group, making him the strongest wizard, only second to Phantom’s leader, Jose.
His ego grew bigger as the years passed, and Gazille became a cocky bastard, selfish and uncaring about others, especially if they were far weaker than he was. He would only acknowledge strong people, such as the ones that were part of Element 4, but he’d have no problems beating up weaker members, even if they were all supposedly allies.
Besides eating, the iron dragonslayer really enjoys battles. He can be really vicious and sadistic, and he has no problems laughing at the pain of others, whether they’re men or women. He’s… just really evil, ok?
However, he does have his good points. No, really. He’s surprisingly patient, and he’s very loyal to the side he’s fighting for. Gazille might not like his comrades (he’s just a grumpy face) but he’ll protect them if he thinks the opponent is worthy of his respect (if not, they can just get their asses kicked, not his fault they’re weak).
His personality will, eventually, change. His ego grew because of praise and the fact that no one had ever been able to defeat him. But this confidence was shaken once wizards defeated Jose and the guild Phantom Lord disbanded. Still, he wasn’t defeated by a single wizard in a proper duel, so he will still be cocky and condescending. What he needs now is for someone to kick his ass and teach him a lesson, so that Gazille will know his place and start being less, well… evil.
Background: As far as GajujuGazille can remember, he had always been with Metalicana. He doesn’t remember any humans ever being with him, only a large dragon with smooth scales made of the hardest metal. This creature that he saw as a father was always watching over him, making sure he was well fed and not getting in trouble, as the boy usually did. Once he got old enough, Metalicana taught him how to read, write, as well as dragonslayer magic. This was the magic that could defeat dragons without the use of a wand, by somewhat turning the human user into a dragon himself. This was when Gazille started to eat iron as well, to feed not only his body but his magical power as well.
On the 7th of July, Metalicana was nowhere to be found. After searching everywhere and for days, Gazille realized the selfish dragon had left him, and probably wasn’t coming back. But he wasn’t going to give up now. He was going to find his father and tell him a piece of his mind.
While he was searching through the forests and human towns, Gazille was found by Jose Porla. The dragonslayer was eating some tableware he had stolen around. Intrigued, he watched Gazille for a while, and was amazed at his wandless abilities and strength. The leader of the Phantom Lord guild decided to invite the dragon boy to join him, promising him power.
Gazille did adquire power, both with wand and wandless. His abilities kept on getting better, especially with all the practice he had with attacks against muggles and even wizards. The boy had little to no interest in going after powerless muggles, but it didn’t bother him either.
Even though he enjoyed his new life, he never forgot about his father. Gazille would look for signs of a dragon’s presence whenever he was in a new place, but he never found anything. He didn’t like to talk about it, but he never lost hope.
When Gazille got his letter from Hogwarts, he didn’t even bother to open up the envelope. He ripped it into tiny pieces and threw them into the air, which Jose approved of.
A few years later, Phantom Lord was disbanded. Wizards had found the group and defeated its members, as well as its leader. Most of them were sent to Azkaban, while the younger members either managed to escape, or were sent to magical schools. Gazille escaped for a while, his enhanced senses coming in handy to escape the wizards. But he was eventually caught and given a choice: Azkaban or Hogwarts. The dragonslayer chose the latter, but he was far from being happy with this.
Now, 9 years after Metalicana’s disappearance, Gazille is finally entering Hogwarts, and is planning on having fun with some poor, innocent idiots.
Blood: Unknown, yet he’d rather believe he’s a halfbreeddragon (he knows the dragon Metalicana isn’t REALLY his father, but hey, why not say so and just go with it).
Preferred House: Slytherin
Why you think they belong in this house? HE’S EVIL. Sure, he’ll slowly change, but before someone (winkwinknatsunudgenudge) can beat the crap out of him and make him know his place, he’ll be a selfish bastard who will use any means to reach his goal. Also, he spent many years in a guild that would hunt down muggles, mudbloods… really, anything that wasn’t a pureblood was a target. So Gazille will be keeping this mentality for a while.
So… GajujuGazille isn’t good enough for Gryffindor, his head is too small for Ravenclaw, and he’ll never be even close to being cute enough for Hufflepuff.
School Year: 6th
Quidditch Position: He won’t join it at first, but he might later on, so… he’s evil enough to make a good Beater. Making him throw quaffles at other players sounds really fun, now that I think about it.
Would you like the character to possibly get a higher position? That’s a really bad idea.
Roleplay Samples
Journal Sample:
Tch, what’s with all these happy idiots stuck in this good for nothing school? Good thing I ended up in a House where the ones with some common sense seem to be gathered.
Though I hear there are other Dragonslayers in this place… so maybe things will get interesting.
…Hmph. These spoons aren’t half bad.
Roleplay Sample: Gazille wasn’t pleased that he was now a Hogwarts student. Sure, he wasn’t going to complain and whine about it. He was ready to accept it all. He just… needed some time to adjust and let it all sink in. In the meantime, he would glare at anyone who would dare to say something or even look at him. He wasn’t there to make friends; Hogwarts was simply a convenient way of avoiding Azkaban.
Lluvia, who had been in Phantom Lord with the iron Dragonslayer, was the only exception to this rule. Gazille was almost amazed at his own patience, as he quietly listened to her babbling about some guy who’d randomly take his clothes off and was a prince or something. But she had her good points. She was strong and, before meeting the sparkling retard, smart.
Letting out a sigh through his nose, Gazille finally finished eating his bacon and eggs. Now he could finally eat his knife, fork and spoon, while trying not to think about how someone would eventually nag about him eating the tableware. It wasn’t his fault they wouldn’t even try to feed him metal.
