- I finally bought my suit- a nice little navy blue w/ minuscule gray pinstripes number from J.Crew. It's getting altered though so I don't physically have it yet but I will in a couple days and then I'll be ready to take on the world or something.
- Since everyone's putting in their 2 cents on the Oscars: I'm happy "Crash" won, I think it is definitely reasonable to consider it the best film of the year. "Brokeback" was a nice movie, poignant and thoughtful but really just a typical love story with slow pacing and besides Alma had not much character development. Personally I liked "Goodnight, and Good Luck" the best out of all 5 and it's the first time in a couple of years that I saw all five nominated films. But it certainly wasn't the Best. I think "Crash" will be the most remembered in 10 years and that counts for a lot. Also, the academy is made up of a ton of old crusty white men who didn't want to see Heath and Jake go at it. I wanted Amy Adams to win for "Junebug" though so I was disappointed with that. But she won the Indep. Spirit Award on Saturday night and I think that'll actually do a lot more for her career than the Oscar which would've inevitably led her to do some terrible big-budget thing. Overall, an okay broadcast. Oh, and Michelle Williams' dress was amazing.
- Season 1 of "The Office" is my best friend.
- Voxtrot is this weekend at the Echo! very excited.
I guess I didn't have much to write about afterall.
