So today marks four full months of doing Stronglifts 5x5. Here's a record of my total progress since August 3rd:

Squat: 175-280 (+105 lbs total)
Bench Press: 135-180 (+45 lbs total)
Barbell Row: 95-165 (+70 lbs total)
Overhead Press: 65-110 (+45 lbs total)
Deadlift: 175-265 (+90 lbs total)
Max pull-ups 13

Weight: 194 lbs (post breakfast & fully dressed, edit this tomorrow morning)
Scale bodyfat %: ??? (edit tomorrow morning)

I have accomplished two of my goals, namely eating more veggies (cans o' beans) and not fucking up my neck (though this is a continuous goal). Sleep situation is still lacking disciprine and I've consistently missed about one workout a month every month. That trend is likely to continue in December, but once a month isn't bad at all, IMHO.
