Due to crowding I did bench press first last night. 180 for the full 5x5! I'm kickin' some ass.
Did 280 for 5/5/5/5 and felt like my back was getting a little overtaxed so I decided to stop. Nothing wrong with that, better to do partials and try again next time then kill yourself and miss a week.
Rows, I got 170 for a few or something. They're getting pretty damn heavy. Probably gonna end up deloading on this one just to get my form back.
In non-gym news I've gotta fucking finish building this stupid-ass changing table and translate Morita-san like a madman and get at least two volumes before Peanut shows up. At least the anime's ending. I think I'll take a break and only do Fate/Zero and Naruto while I'm off. And possibly beyond, at least for a little while.
