"So I hover and I pressure you."
It's support, Luke, but this guy just doesn't get it. Good thing Reid does and he welcomes it.
Oh, and Noah's speech makes no sense.
I hate that Reid feels so alone when he thinks Bob ain't backing him.
"I haven't had more than a day off since I started med school."
Oh, Reid. Something tells me he starts taking lots of days off once he and Luke are together.
Without it, I truly don't have anything else to hold onto."

I love the contrast here between Nuke and LuRe. Noah is pushing Luke away because he wants to help and "hover." And Reid is keeping Luke around because Luke wants to help and is also hovering. And in a way, Luke is also pressuring Reid but for the right reasons (he wants him to fight for his job). But Reid doesn't mind it, and it's not just because of what Luke's doing for him; Reid likes having him around.
And the little scene at the end with the chilli comment shows how relaxed they are becoming around each other.
Noah & Richard! The show could've done so much more with these two--the chemistry was off the charts. HA HA.
