Rewatchers, we're getting to the good stuff! Today, Luke and Reid's impending romance really kicks up a notch as Luke finds out he and Reid bat for the same team. Reid is sexy, and Luke is sexually frustrated and confused by this turn of events.

Another epic episode. I love how Luke finds out that his enemy is just like him. And Luke again with the invasion of personal space: he just can't leave Reid alone. Instead of just walking away when he sees Reid, he stops and stares. Oh, Luke.As much as I love Reid's candid attitude when he admits the truth to Luke and Luke's reaction and all that good stuff, I always felt like this episode sharply contrasted with the previous episode where Reid first came out. Luke and Reid's last scene in that one had Reid being nicer than he'd ever been with Luke and was kinda flirting with him and staring lustily after him. In this one, which must be only a day or couple days later in Oakdale time, Reid is snarky and mean (especially in this first scene

I think Reid was deferring to his defense mechanism. He thinks he's getting out of there, so there's no need for him to play nice anymore. He's really only nice to Katie at this point in time, and that's because she's the one he knows best. (Because, as we get to see :-), he grows increasingly nicer to Luke when he gets to know him better.)

I also love that Reid knew since he was nine. That gives us fic writers a lot of fodder for storylines! :-D

I think that Reid keeps falling super hard for Luke and is trying to keep his defenses up, and, so, yeah, I think he's being meaner than he was last clip, but he probably woke up really horny and sexually frustrated after dreams of Luke's ass and skin and chest hair, and seeing Luke just complicates all of that.

Poor Reid. He just wants up in that Snyder so damn much.
